PAYMENT OPTIONS
Transition BMX accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, COD and Online Interac Payments.

All credit card and online interact payments are processed through E-xact with Chase Paymentec, one of the most secure third party systems in Canada. With Exact, hard copies of your credit or debit card information are never retained by Transition, eliminating the possibility of fraud and keeping your personal information safe.

Online interact payment services are only available for Bank of Montreal, TDCanada Trust, Royal Bank or Scotia Bank card holders.

Please note that COD can not be used for purchases of complete bikes or for first time purchases.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped Canada Post where possible. Any undeliverable or refused order will be charged all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Complete bikes are shipped through Purolator and must be paid for in advance with either a Credit Card or Online Interac.

Express and Priority shipping are available on any order at an additional cost to the customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES
All returns or exchanges must include an original sales receipt with a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, simply call us during our regular store hours and explain the reason for the return. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the products must be in their original and unused condition in order to be eligible. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in return, exchange and warranty situations. We always recommend using a shipping method that can track your package, as Transition BMX is not responsible for any lost parcels.
