Thank you for choosing Transition BMX
It is fast and easy to place an online order with us, just use the following steps:

SELECT
Simply select the items you would like to purchase by choosing from the categories on the top of the main page. You can choose from our broad selection of products by either selecting the brand you would like or selecting All Products to view all of the products we carry in the category.

Select the item you would like to purchase and choose your options from the drop down menus. Click on Add to Cart to purchase the item.

If you would like to change the quantity of items selected or remove an item click Recalculate to get a new total.

To continue shopping click on the Keep Shopping button.

CHECKOUT
When you are finishing shopping login to your Online Account and click on Checkout to pay for and process your purchases.

DON'T HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
If it is your first time ordering with Transition you will need to set up an account to checkout. You can set up an online account by clicking HERE. Setting up an online account will require you to enter in your contact information and to set up a username (email address) and password. Once you have set up your account, on future visits you can login directly from the main page by clicking on LOGIN

If you have ordered from Transition BMX previously but haven’t placed an order in a while, you may need to reactivate your account. Send an email to info@transitionbmx.com or call toll free 1-866-260-6694 to request reactivation.

Once you have logged in...

CONFIRM YOUR BILLING AND MAILING ADDRESS
You can click on Change to make any required corrections. If your mailing address is different than your billing address, click on the Change button under Mailing Address to add in your mailing address.

SELECT YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT
Transition BMX accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, COD and Online Interac Payments.

CREDIT CARD AND ONLINE INTERACT PAYMENTS
All credit card and online interact payments are processed through E-xact with Chase Paymentec, one of the most secure third party systems in Canada. With E-xact, hard copies of your credit or debit card information are never retained by Transition, eliminating the possibility of fraud and keeping your personal information safe.

Online interact payment services are only available for Bank of Montreal, TDCanada Trust, Royal Bank or Scotia Bank card holders.

COD
Please note that COD can not be used for purchases of complete bikes or for first time purchases.

SELECT YOUR SHIPPING METHOD
Select your shipping method, Standard or Express, and an estimated shipping cost will be added to your total.

All orders are shipped Canada Post where possible but complete bikes and large items are shipped Purolator.

When your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can check the status of your package as it travels to you. Click here for an estimated shipping time for your location.

Any undeliverable or refused orders will be charged all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that the shipping amount added to your order is an estimated cost, if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated cost, one of the staff at Transition BMX will contact you and let you know.

GET YOUR TOTAL
Click on Continue to get a complete listing of your purchases and a total for your order.

SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
Submit your order by clicking Submit Order, if you are making a Credit or Debit purchase you a screen will pop up with a 'Continue to Secure Payment' button. Clicking on this button will take you to the E-xact Chase Paymentec webpage where you will need to enter in your credit card information. All information provided (name and postal code) must match the billing information for your card in order for the transaction to be processed.
